Supply Chain Process Management with SAP-ERP Modules
This specialized course dives into the world of supply chain process management using SAP-ERP modules. Students learn how to leverage SAP-ERP software to optimize supply chain operations. Topics covered include materials management, production planning and control, warehouse management and order fulfillment. Through hands-on exercises and practical applications, students acquire the skills necessary to effectively plan, execute, and analyze supply chain processes within the SAP-ERP environment.

STRATEGIC PURCHASING AND SUPPLY MANAGEMENT CLASSES
Purchasing Management
This course focuses on the strategic role of procurement in organizations. Students learn about the entire procurement process, from identifying sourcing needs to contract negotiation and supplier relationship management. Topics covered include purchasing strategies, portfolio management, supplier selection, cost analysis, risk management and purchasing data analytics. By the end of the course, students will possess the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage purchasing activities and drive cost savings.

Public Procurement
This course focuses on the unique aspects of procurement within the public sector. Students study the managerial and regulatory frameworks governing public procurement processes, including transparency and fairness considerations. They gain insights into the challenges of procuring goods and services for public organizations and explore strategies to ensure accountability and value for money. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT CLASSES
Basics of Operations Management
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the key principles and strategies involved in managing company operations. Inventory Management
